Fee can be paid in full, in 2 or 3 installments. If a student is withdrawn from the program, the fee for the remaining class will be refunded on a prorated basis. BrightNup expects a month's notice for any withdrawal. If a month's notice is not given, parents will be liable to pay the fee for a month after the withdrawal.
If classes on a subject are offered more than one day in a week, makeup class is available. Students can make up any missed lesson in that week/weekend. The missed lesson must be made up for the week it was missed. No refund or adjustment of fee is allowed for any missed classes. If the makeup class is not available or a student cannot make up a class, parents are requested to collect homework for the week. Students are expected to complete the homework and bring it to the following class for grading.

If the vacation is informed well in advance (at least a month in advance), fees can be adjusted. a student is withdrawn from the program, the fees for the remaining class will be refunded on a prorated basis.
